Yohan & Zelda
A Royal Rendezvous
Yohan and Zelda’s wedding felt like it belonged to another era, a celebration of two cultures brought together within the grandeur of a palace. Indian and Western traditions met with grace, and every ceremony was curated with meaning and care, honouring the heritage that shaped their journey.
The festivities began with the Sangeet, an evening that celebrated rhythm and joy. The courtyard lit up as guests arrived in flowing sarees, embroidered netlaws and ornate ghagras. Music filled the space, blending Indian melodies with modern beats, creating a celebration that felt both familiar and fresh. Yohan stole the spotlight with his spirited performances, drawing cheers with every step. His look for the evening brought together Indian embroidery with a tailored Western design, finished with a sherwani that redefined regal charm.
At sunrise, the Haldi ceremony unfolded in a burst of colour and laughter. At its centre stood a mirror surrounded by five shades of marigold, a symbol of light and blessings. Family and friends gathered to apply turmeric, a gesture that carried both meaning and affection. The mood was festive, with joy running deep in every shared glance, every tradition followed with heart.
